Immunity from prosecution now requires written reasons when granted by the Settlement Commission under the amendment. The amendment requires that when the Settlement Commission grants immunity from prosecution to an applicant who has cooperated and made a full and true disclosure, that grant must be made for reasons to be recorded in writing, in addition to any conditions the Commission may impose.
