of <h1>Regulation 13 of 2013 Order Repeals 1993 Drug Control Order, Validates Past Actions if Consistent with New Rules.</h1> Regulation 13 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Regulation of Controlled Substances) Order, 2013 repeals the 1993 Order on the same subject. However, any actions or activities conducted under the 1993 Order will remain valid as long as they are consistent with the provisions of the 2013 Order. This ensures continuity and legality of past actions under the new regulatory framework.
