Repeal and savings preserve prior actions under corresponding provisions when consistent with the new regulation. The provision repeals the 1993 Order but provides that any act done under the repealed order, insofar as it is not inconsistent with this Order, shall be deemed to have been done under the corresponding provisions of this Order, preserving legal continuity.
