of <h1>Securities Issuance: File Information Memorandum in Form PAS-2 with Registrar per Rule 10, Companies Rules 2014.</h1> The information memorandum, required for the issuance of securities under a shelf prospectus, must be prepared in Form PAS-2. It should be filed with the Registrar, accompanied by the applicable fee as per the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014. This filing must occur within one month before the issuance of a second or subsequent offer of securities. These requirements are outlined in Rule 10 of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014, under the Companies Law.
