of <h1>Rule 6 Omitted: Companies No Longer Need to Provide Five Years of Financial Info in Prospectus</h1> Rule 6 of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014, which required companies to provide information for the preceding five financial years for certain matters, has been omitted as of May 7, 2018. Previously, this rule allowed companies that had not completed five years since incorporation to comply by providing information for all years since their incorporation.
