Entry into force: treaty becomes effective upon the later notification of procedural completion by the parties. The Agreement enters into force when each Contracting Party notifies the other, through diplomatic channels, that it has completed the domestic procedures required for the Agreement; it takes effect on the date of the later notification and becomes immediately effective.
