Appeal to Appellate Tribunal requires prescribed form, supporting certified copies, and fee payment by challan with concise numbered grounds. An appeal to the Appellate Tribunal must be filed on the prescribed Form specifying parties, assessment details, the provision under which the order was passed, financial year, values declared and assessed, addresses, relief sought and concise numbered grounds without argument, verified and signed by the appellant or authorised representative. The memorandum must be submitted in triplicate with certified copies of the impugned and assessing officer's orders, prior grounds and factual statements if any, and accompanied by the prescribed fee paid by challan into authorised bank branches; filing language is English or permitted Hindi and the Tribunal will assign the appeal number.
