Project imports: eligibility requires contracts registered with customs before goods are cleared or duty paid for fair re-exports. Eligibility under heading No. 98.01 applies only to goods imported against specific contracts registered with the appropriate Custom House as required by regulation 5, with registration occurring prior to customs clearance for home consumption, or, for duty free home consumption goods subject to re export for approved fairs and similar events, prior to the date of payment of duty.
