Import manifest requirements require duplicate delivery, comprehensive coverage and prescribed forms, plus registration upon submission. Import manifest obligations require delivery in duplicate and coverage of all goods aboard, and must comprise specified documents: an application for entry inwards, a general declaration, a cargo declaration, a vessel's stores list and a list of private property of master, officers and crew. When the manifest is delivered to the proper officer, the deliverer must apply for customs registration using the prescribed registration form.
