Cargo manifest must segregate cargo categories and separately declare arms, explosives, narcotics, gold and silver; nil if none. Regulation 4 requires the cargo manifest to be delivered in separate sheets for cargo to be landed, unaccompanied baggage, goods to be transhipped, and same bottom or retention cargo. Separately, arms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, dangerous drugs, gold and silver must each be declared on separate sheets in the order of ports of loading, and a nil declaration must be submitted if none are carried.
