Regulation 4: Separate Cargo Manifests Required for Specific Categories and Dangerous Goods; Nil Declaration if None Carried.
The Import Manifest (Aircraft) Regulations, 1976, Regulation 4 mandates that cargo manifests be delivered in separate sheets for specific categories: cargo to be landed, unaccompanied baggage, goods for transshipment, and same bottom or retention cargo. Additionally, cargo declarations for arms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, dangerous drugs, gold, or silver must be submitted separately, organized by ports of loading. If an aircraft carries none of these specified items, a nil declaration is required.
