          Aircraft Import Manifests: Submit in Duplicate with Declarations, Cargo, Passenger Lists, and Crew Property per Customs Act, 1962.

          Every import manifest for an aircraft must be submitted in duplicate and include all goods on board. It should comprise a general declaration, a passenger manifest, a cargo manifest, and a list of private property held by the aircraft's captain and crew, each in specified forms. Any individual submitting the import manifest to the appropriate customs officer under the Customs Act, 1962, must register with customs using a designated form.
