of <h1>Fertilizer companies must annually submit Cost Accountant-certified compliance reports per 2011 Rules, starting from notification date.</h1> Every company subject to the Cost Accounting Records (Fertilizer Industry) Rules, 2011, must submit a compliance report for each financial year starting from the notification date. This report must be certified by a Cost Accountant and include an annexure, which is to be submitted to the Central Government in the specified form. This requirement was introduced through Notification No. G.S.R. 873 (E) on December 7, 2011.
