Export manifest requirements: prescribed contents, delivery timing, separate sheets for drawback cargo, and security for late filing. Export manifests must be delivered in duplicate and signed by the person in charge and comprise a cargo manifest, a vessel's stores list, and a list of private property. Manifests must detail goods shipped, transhipped, same bottom cargo, and dutiable goods including arms and ammunition (shown separately), list destination ports and origin vessels for transhipped goods, and use separate sheets for drawback cargo. The endorsed manifest must be delivered to the Export Department before departure or within a limited post departure period, and late delivery requires agent security as prescribed by the proper officer.
