Entry into force: treaty takes effect upon the later diplomatic notification of completed domestic procedures, becoming effective immediately. Each Contracting Party must notify the other in writing, through diplomatic channels, upon completion of domestic procedures required for the Agreement. The Agreement enters into force on the date of the later of those notifications and has immediate effect from that date.
