of <h1>Dealers Must Obtain Sales Tax Declaration Forms Electronically per Rule 8A of Central Sales Tax (Delhi) Rules, 2005</h1> Rule 8A of the Central Sales Tax (Delhi) Rules, 2005, allows the Commissioner to mandate dealers registered under section 7 of the Act to apply for and obtain declaration or certificate forms electronically via the Department of Trade and Taxes, Delhi's website. This requirement can be applied to specific dealers, classes of dealers, or all dealers, as notified by the Commissioner. The forms can be downloaded without any fee, and this electronic process is subject to conditions specified in the notification issued by the Commissioner.
