Entry into Force: treaty becomes effective upon later notification of domestic completion, taking immediate effect thereafter. Each Contracting Party must notify the other in writing when domestic procedures required for the Agreement's entry into force are complete; the Agreement enters into force on the later notification date and takes immediate effect from that date.
