Diplomatic immunity and fiscal privileges preserved; treaty does not affect privileges under international law or special agreements. Fiscal privileges of members of diplomatic missions and consular posts remain unaffected by the Agreement and continue to be governed by international law or by special agreements between the States, preserving established diplomatic and consular fiscal treatment.
