Registrar empowered to require amendments and re-presentation of pleadings to conform with Tribunal practice, to fix hearing dates and issue notices subject to Bench directions, to settle the index where the record is prepared, to direct formal amendments of the record, and to order grant of copies of documents and leave to inspect Tribunal records under the applicable rule, all subject to any general or special order of the President.
