Copying fees: copies supplied on payment; departmental representatives entitled to free cause lists and order sheets included.

Rule 38 provides that copies of tribunal documents are supplied on request against prescribed fees: order sheets to parties or authorised representatives; reported and unreported orders to journals for an amount prescribed by the President on an annual or half yearly basis; and cause lists to authorised representatives on payment. Copying fees are payable in cash in advance and no fee is required from any departmental authority connected with the matter before the Tribunal.
