of <h1>Customs Authority Reviews Anti-Dumping Duty Refund Applications; Importers Can Correct Deficiencies Within One Month Under Rule.</h1> Upon receiving an application for a refund of anti-dumping duty paid in excess of the actual margin of dumping, the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs will scrutinize it for completeness. If deficiencies are found in the application, it will be returned to the importer within one month, highlighting the deficiencies. The importer is allowed to correct and resubmit the application to the customs authority within one month of receiving the notification of deficiencies.
