Market disruption: Director General may record preliminary findings and publish notice, notifying Commerce and Finance ministries. The Director General may proceed expeditiously and, in critical circumstances, record preliminary findings on market disruption or threat of market disruption, issue a public notice of those findings, and send a copy of the notice to the Central Government in the Ministry dealing with Commerce and the Ministry dealing with Finance.
