Register of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel requires maintained particulars and prompt filing of appointments and changes with Registrar.

Companies must keep at their registered office a register containing prescribed particulars of directors and key managerial personnel, including securities held by each in the company, its holding company, subsidiaries or associates. A prescribed return with those particulars and documents must be filed with the Registrar after the appointment of any director or key managerial personnel and upon any change, ensuring the Registrar's records are updated accordingly.
