Rights and liabilities of a beneficiary's transferee: transferee inherits the beneficiary's rights and liabilities as of the transfer date. A transferee of a beneficiary's interest acquires the rights and assumes the liabilities of the beneficiary in respect of that interest as of the date of the transfer.
