Transfer of beneficial interest: beneficiary may dispose of interests subject to law; restrictions for married women during marriage. A beneficiary competent to contract may transfer his beneficial interest in trust property, subject to the law prescribing the circumstances and extent of such disposition; but where property is vested for the benefit of a married woman so that she cannot deprive herself of the beneficial interest, this does not authorize her to transfer that interest during her marriage.
