Forfeited beneficiary interest obliges trustee to hold and administer trust property as directed by State government. When a beneficiary's interest is forfeited or adjudicated to the Government, the trustee must hold the corresponding portion of the trust-property for the benefit of that person and administer it in the manner directed by the State Government.
