Reference to Company Law Board requires prescribed form and specified enclosures under securities rules procedure. References under clause (c) of sub section (4), as read with sub section (5), must be submitted in Form No. 10 of Appendix I to the Bench Rules and be accompanied by the documents and enclosures specified in Appendix II to those rules.
