        Authentication requirements for cost audit annexures require board approval, cost auditor audit, and specified corporate signatures. The Annexure and Proforma to the cost audit report must be approved by the Board before submission, audited by the Cost Auditor, and signed on behalf of the company by the Company Secretary and at least one Director, or, if no Company Secretary exists, by at least two Directors.
