of <h1>Fee Exemption for Director Identification Number Applications Extended to June 30, 2007, per Rule 3 Sub-rule (5) Amendment.</h1> Each application submitted under sub-rule (5) of rule 3 of the Companies (Director Identification Number) Rules, 2006 requires a fee of one hundred rupees. However, applicants who submit their applications before 30th June, 2007, are exempt from this fee. The date was amended from 31st March, 2007, to 30th June, 2007, by a notification effective from 29th March, 2007.
