Liquidator transfer: Official Liquidator of transferee court assumes control and receives company assets upon transfer of winding-up.

When the High Court transfers winding-up proceedings, the Official Liquidator of the transferee court replaces the original Official Liquidator and continues the liquidation as if the transferee court had made the winding-up order; the outgoing Official Liquidator must hand over all company property, assets, books and papers to the incoming Official Liquidator, subject to retention from the assets of costs or expenses lawfully incurred by him prior to the transfer.
