Leave to act as managing director requires prior notice to Central Government and advance service of the petition.

Applications for leave to act as a managing director or manager must state whether notice of the intention to apply has been given to the Central Government and be accompanied by a copy of that notice. Notice of the date of hearing, together with a copy of the petition, must be served on the Central Government not less than 14 clear days before the hearing.
