Statement of salient features in prescribed Form must be board approved, signed and attached to statutory filings. A requirement that the company must prepare a salient features statement in the prescribed Form 23AB, have it approved by the board of directors and signed on the board's behalf in accordance with the applicable signature provisions, and attach a signed copy to the documents filed under the relevant statutory filing provision.
