<h1>New Procedures for Company Applications and Notifications: Use Forms 7D and 7E, Pay 500 Fee (Rule 5B)</h1> Sections 108A, 108B, and 108C of the Companies Law, as outlined in Rule 5B of the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956, require specific procedures for applications and notifications to the Central Government. Applications for approval under Section 108A must use Form 7D and include a payment of five hundred rupees. Notifications under Section 108B and applications under Section 108C must use Form 7E, also accompanied by a five hundred rupee fee. These provisions were inserted by GSR 754(E) on December 26, 1991.
