Nomination form requirement: nominations under section 58A must be made in prescribed Form 2B as set out in rules. For the purposes of sub section (11) of section 58A, a nomination shall be in Form 2B, set forth in Annexure A, prescribing the exclusive format and formalities required for such nominations under the Companies Rules.
