of <h1>Prospectus Features Must Be in Form 2A Under Section 56, Rule 4CC of Companies Law, Effective Since 1991.</h1> Section 56, Rule 4CC of the Companies Law, as outlined in the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956, mandates that the salient features of a prospectus, as required by sub-section (3) of Section 56, must be presented in Form 2A. This provision was inserted by GSR 614(E) on October 3, 1991, and became effective on November 1, 1991.
