This return must be signed by the company secretary or a director if there is no secretary. If the power exercised relates to clause (f), the return must include consent from the relevant person in Form 1AB. If such consent is revoked or withdrawn, the company must file a return in Form 1AC within thirty days of the revocation or withdrawal.
