Data entry deemed complete when an electronic declaration is lodged and accepted by the customs computer system. Data entry shall be deemed to be complete when an electronic Bill of Entry is lodged by exercising the option to submit the electronic declaration in the Customs Computer System and the declaration is accepted by the System, making system acceptance the operative trigger for completion.
