Amendment to tariff schedule reclassifies vehicle and other parts and expands excise coverage through substituted and added entries. Amendment replaces a Third Schedule entry to classify parts, components and assemblies of vehicles (including chassis with engines) as covered, excluding specified vehicle headings, with retrospective effect from late February 2010, and adds a new schedule entry to include parts, components and assemblies of goods falling under specified tariff items and headings, effective from late April 2010.
