<h1>Seek Advance Tax Ruling: Submit Form and Fee, Withdraw in 30 Days, Ruling Issued in 6 Months.</h1> An applicant can seek an advance ruling by submitting a prescribed form and fee. Applications can be withdrawn within 30 days. Upon receipt, the Authority forwards the application to the Commissioner and may request relevant records. The Authority examines the application and may allow or reject it, providing reasons for rejection. Applications are not allowed if the question is pending before tax authorities, involves property valuation, or is designed to avoid tax, except for certain notified persons. The Authority issues a written ruling within six months, providing copies to both the applicant and the Commissioner.
