The amendment expands the definition of charitable purpose to include environmental and heritage preservation, inserts a definition of electoral trust, revises definitions of firm, partner and partnership to include limited liability partnerships, adds an explicit definition of manufacture, and extends the zero coupon bond definition to include scheduled banks with an explanatory cross reference.
