Settlement Commission amendment power permits correcting apparent mistakes, with notice and hearing if applicant liability is changed.

Settlement Commission may, within six months from the date of an order, amend that order to rectify any mistake apparent from the record; however, any amendment that modifies the applicant's liability requires the Commission to give notice of its intention and to allow both the applicant and the Commissioner an opportunity of being heard.
