Enhanced punishment doubles fines and increases imprisonment for repeat offences by limited liability partnerships or their partners.

Where a limited liability partnership, a partner, or a designated partner commits a second or subsequent offence, the offender-whether the LLP or the individual partner-shall be subject to imprisonment as provided and, for offences punishable by fine alone or by fine with imprisonment, a fine equal to twice the amount ordinarily prescribed for that offence.
