LLP naming requirement: names must end with 'limited liability partnership' or 'LLP' and avoid confusing or undesirable names.

Every limited liability partnership must have as the last words of its name either "limited liability partnership" or the acronym "LLP". Registration may be refused by the Central Government where a proposed LLP name is undesirable or is identical with, or too nearly resembles, the name of another partnership, LLP, body corporate, or a registered or applied-for trade mark under the Trade Marks Act.
