Employee service obligations require full-time availability and service in assigned capacities and locations, unless expressly provided otherwise.

Scope of an employee's service requires an employee's whole time to remain at the disposal of the Authority unless expressly provided otherwise. The employee must serve the Authority's business in the capacity and at the place to which he or she is directed from time to time.
