An employer intending to close an industrial establishment covered by Chapter X must apply electronically in Form XIV for prior permission at least ninety days before the intended effective date, clearly stating the reasons for closure. A copy of the application must be served simultaneously on the representatives of the workers electronically and in person or by speed post.
