Grievance Committee appeals to conciliation officer must be filed through the Trade Union within the prescribed period.

A worker aggrieved by a Grievance Committee decision, or whose grievance remains unresolved within thirty days, may apply to the conciliation officer through the Trade Union. The application may be made online, by speed post, or in person within sixty days from the relevant decision or expiry date. If received manually, the conciliation officer must digitize the application and enter its particulars in the online mechanism, with intimation to the Trade Union and worker.
