Payment of the Commissioner's fee and incidental expenses is to be fixed by the Tribunal after consultation with the parties, with the amount and deposit proportions determined as the Tribunal considers fit. The Commissioner is not to submit the report until proof of deposit is filed before the Tribunal. The Tribunal may require further deposits, extend the time for deposit, vary the amount of fee, direct instalment-wise disbursement, and refund any undisbursed balance to the depositing parties in the same proportion.
