Central Advisory Board meetings: Chairperson must give 15 days' written notice, 7 days for emergencies.

The Chairperson must fix the date, time and place of every Central Advisory Board meeting and send a notice in writing with those particulars and a list of business to each member by registered post and electronically at least fifteen days before the meeting, with an emergent meeting notice period of seven days permitted.
