Meeting of the Board: Chairperson may call meetings; half the members can requisition a meeting within thirty days.

The Chairperson may call a Board meeting at any time, subject to rule 32; a written requisition by not less than one half of members obliges the Chairperson to convene a meeting within thirty days of receipt.
