Section 66 requires a written, registered agreement for employment of audio-visual workers, executed by the producer, contractor, or other employer. Agreements must be in prescribed form, detail prescribed worker particulars, and, where employment is through a contractor, state producer joint liability if the contractor fails to meet obligations. Agreements must specify assignment, wages and benefits (including provident fund coverage where applicable), health, safety, hours, welfare facilities, and a prescribed dispute resolution mechanism; unresolved disputes may be referred to the Industrial Tribunal and wages must be paid electronically.
