Dangerous occurrences in an establishment must be notified by the employer to prescribed authorities in prescribed form and time.

Where a dangerous occurrence occurs in an establishment, the employer shall send notice thereof to authorities designated by the appropriate government in the form and within the time prescribed by that government, irrespective of whether the occurrence causes bodily injury or disability.
