Labour law: civil courts have no jurisdiction over matters under the Code, and injunctions are barred.

Section 97 excludes civil court jurisdiction for any matter to which the Code applies and prohibits civil courts from granting injunctions in respect of anything done or intended to be done by or under the Code, thereby preventing civil court intervention against actions within the Code's statutory framework.
